  • Rowh is an online-first brand operating in India.
  • These Terms apply to all users, visitors, and customers of the website.
  • By using this website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law.

2. Products & Use

  • Our products are cosmetic accessories intended for external use only.
  • Product images and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible. Minor variations may occur due to lighting, photography, screen settings, or material differences.
  • Product performance, comfort, and longevity may vary depending on individual usage, hygiene, storage, and application method.
  • We are not responsible for misuse, improper application, modifications, or allergic reactions. Customers are advised to ensure they are not sensitive to any materials used with the product, including adhesives.

3. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as stated.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways. Rowh does not store card, banking, or payment credentials.
  • An order is confirmed only after successful payment.

4. Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Delivery timelines vary by location and are managed by third-party courier partners.
  • Delays due to logistics providers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are outside our control.
  • Shipment tracking details will be shared via shipment-tracking@rowh.in.
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses may result in failed delivery. In such cases, reshipping charges may apply.

5. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Returns

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, returns are not accepted once items are delivered.

Replacements

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@rowh.in.

Your email must include:

  • Order number
  • Clear unboxing video

After verification, a replacement will be arranged where applicable. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only if a replacement cannot be provided.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. No User Accounts

  • Rowh does not create or maintain customer user accounts.
  • Purchases are made as guest checkouts only.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including text, images, logos, designs, and branding, is the property of Rowh.
  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Rowh shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website. Liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the product purchased.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
